Other Comparison Criteria

Was very happy to find this program as I was considering writing a similar dupe killer program.
Even though your program has some useful features that I hadn't thought of, there are two features that I still wish it had.

Dynamic Range Comparison:
Too many times I have discovered dupes that were remastered/remixed and presumably better than the original. But as many of these have been compressed to sound louder, and therefore have had their dynamic range destroyed as a result.

Signal to Noise Ratio:
This would help to find poorly recorded (from analog) dupes.

Tag vs. Path/Filename
Comparing how much that the Path/Filenames agree with the tags.

SNR feature could be extended:
Quality measure by frequency (band) content.
Rather often potentially high quality recordings (e.g. 192 KBit/s MP3) turn out to be just recompressions of e.g. 128 kBit/s material. Of course frequencies (or other details) lost at previous compressions can't be regained by that.

But besides that: This software is rather helpful since it does local comparison on a track to track basis and doesn't rely on a server database with entries of acoustic fingerprint vs. tags.

yes, yes we planning add audio testing mechanics.
But first we need complete and finish current state of program:
1) test and complete p2p tagging algorithm (we work on it now)
2) solve problems with some stupid DirectShow filters (what crashes everythere)
3) write help, tutorial
4) introduce premium subscription (writing Similarity very time/resource consuming)
